I just love the color of my lunch grilled snapper on a bed of red cabbage slaw (blitz half red onion, two cloves garlic, handful of cilantro, red wine vinegar, olive oil in blender or processor and toss it with shredded read cabbage that is size small to medium) with a really good store bought corn tortilla and a little bit of green taco sauce. Oh my goodness so yummy even as left overs!
